Terms of Sale

Prelaunch version for development and test-build use. These Terms may be updated before commercial launch following final product documentation and legal review.

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern purchases of Zenified products from Get Zenified LLC ("Get Zenified," "we," "us," or "our") through getzenified.com and any Zenified mobile or connected ordering experience that links to these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Products and Wellness Information

Zenified products are wellness and dietary supplement products. Product descriptions, educational materials, app content, rituals, and other wellness information are provided for general informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always follow the directions and warnings provided with the specific product. Review product-specific safety information before use, including applicable pregnancy, nursing, medication, allergy, and medical-condition guidance. If you have questions about whether a product is appropriate for you, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other lawful reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the affected amount will be refunded as required.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change from time to time. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be shown before you place your order when required. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.

4. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

If you choose a subscription, you authorize recurring charges and recurring shipments at the cadence and price disclosed when you enroll. Zenified's standard product subscription cadence is currently every 60 days unless a different cadence is clearly disclosed at checkout.

Your subscription continues until canceled. You may cancel through available account or subscription controls or by contacting hello@getzenified.com before the next scheduled billing. Any cancellation rights, renewal notices, or other protections required by applicable law will apply. Changes to pricing or subscription terms will be communicated when required by law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping availability, delivery timing, title, and risk of loss are subject to applicable law and our posted Shipping & Returns policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our posted Shipping & Returns policy and any additional rights provided by applicable law.

7. Product Safety and Reporting a Reaction

Please read and follow the label, serving directions, and product-specific safety information before using any Zenified product. If you experience a serious or unexpected reaction, discontinue use as appropriate and seek medical care when needed.

To report a product reaction or safety concern to Get Zenified, use our Report a Reaction form. The form is not an emergency service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or seek immediate medical attention.

8. Intellectual Property

Zenified names, branding, graphics, product materials, website content, app content, videos, rituals, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Get Zenified and its affiliated rights holders. Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited except as permitted by law or with written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Get Zenified and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from a purchase or use of a product or service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate direct liability for a claim relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Dispute Resolution; Individual Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes may be resolved.

Before starting formal proceedings, you and Get Zenified agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve a dispute informally. You may begin that process by contacting hello@getzenified.com with a description of the issue and the relief requested. If the dispute is not resolved after a reasonable good-faith period, either party may proceed as described below.

Except for matters eligible for small claims court or matters that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, a purchase, or the parties' relationship will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision to the extent applicable.

Arbitration will take place only on an individual basis. Neither you nor Get Zenified may bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action in arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that individual's claim.

To the extent a dispute is subject to binding arbitration, both parties waive the right to a jury trial for that dispute. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in a court of competent jurisdiction that qualifies for small claims treatment.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or mandatory consumer law applies. For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Wyoming, subject to any venue or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law and will not eliminate rights that already accrued under an earlier version.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any unenforceable provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.
