We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping will be available in the future.
Order Processing

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods
Delivery Time
- Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing
- Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Shipping Responsibility & Delays
While we work to ensure timely delivery, Zenified is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Events outside our control
Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Our Approach
Due to the nature of ingestible wellness products, we prioritize safety, quality, and integrity in our return policy.
Eligible Returns
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped
- Gift cards or promotional items
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing (depending on your bank)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will review and resolve the issue promptly, including replacement or refund if applicable.
🔁 Subscriptions
If you are enrolled in a Zenified subscription:
- You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime before your next billing date
- Subscription orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled or refunded
- Subscription management is available through your account portal
